These terms govern your use of Brand Cast Global, the digital signage and screen advertising platform at tvbillboard.app.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Brand Cast Global at tvbillboard.app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the agreements that apply to what you do here: the Advertiser Agreement if you buy screen space, the Screen Owner & Revenue Share Agreement if you list a screen, and the Billboard & Equipment Rental Agreement if you rent a display.
2. Description of service
Brand Cast Global provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that enables users to create, manage, schedule and display content on digital screens, to rent screen space and equipment, and to buy and sell advertising on those screens.
3. User accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Information you give us, including venue and footfall details on a listing, must be accurate
4. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Engage in unauthorized access or disruption
- Display illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Bypass pricing, booking checks, approval steps or a venue's blocked categories
The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full standards that apply to content on a screen.
6. Content ownership
- You retain ownership of content you upload
- You grant us a license to host, process and display your content on the screens you choose
- You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
7. Revenue share program
- Revenue share participation requires an eligible paid subscription
- Screen owners receive 60% of advertising revenue from their screens
- The platform retains 40% of advertising revenue
- Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe
- A minimum payout threshold applies
- Screen owners must agree to display approved advertisements, and may reserve days for their own use
8. Advertising and rentals
- Screen space, screens and equipment are offered by their owners, who set their own rates and availability
- The platform provides the marketplace, payment processing, scheduling and the proof-of-play record
- Screen time is what is sold; no number of viewers, impressions or sales result is guaranteed
- Rentals of hardware are governed by the Billboard & Equipment Rental Agreement
9. Creator marketplace
- Creators must comply with our quality standards
- We take a 15% commission on template sales
- Creators retain copyright of their work
- We may reject templates that don't meet standards
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Bookings and rentals already paid for must still be honoured for their booked period.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that a screen will be online for any particular period.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or to the amount paid for the booking or rental in question, whichever is lower.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
