How copyright complaints are handled on the platform, what a valid notice must contain, and how to respond if your content has been removed.
The platform hosts content uploaded by its users: ad creative, designs, templates, images, video and menu content. We do not review every upload before it appears, and we do not claim ownership of it. We do remove material that infringes someone else's copyright when we are told about it properly, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Send notices to legal@tvbillboard.app with the subject line "Copyright Notice". A notice must include all of the following to be actioned:
An incomplete notice cannot be actioned, so please include every point. Deliberately false notices may make you liable for damages.
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice to legal@tvbillboard.app. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.
On a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after ten business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have started a court action.
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed. Screen owner enrollments held by such accounts are removed from the marketplace.
Complaints about trademarks, trade dress, personality rights or misleading use of a brand are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy rather than this one, and can be sent to the same address.
Copyright notices and counter-notices are received at legal@tvbillboard.app and are logged with the date and time of receipt.
