When you can cancel, what comes back, and how screen downtime and reserved days are handled. This policy applies alongside the Advertiser Agreement, the Screen Owner Agreement and the Rental Agreement.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- You may cancel at any time from the subscription page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
- Part months are not refunded. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
- If you upgrade mid-period, the new price applies from the change and the difference is charged pro rata.
- Where a subscription includes AI credits, credits already spent are not refundable.
2. AI credit top-ups
- Credits are added to your balance immediately on payment and do not expire.
- A generation that fails is refunded automatically in full.
- Purchased credits are not refundable to cash once any of them have been spent.
- An unused top-up may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
3. Ad space bookings
- Cancelled before it starts, by you: a full refund, provided the booking has not begun and the creative has not been approved and scheduled.
- Cancelled after it starts: days already delivered are not refunded. Any undelivered days are refunded.
- Cancelled by the venue owner or the platform before it starts: a full refund, including where the creative is declined and no part of the booked period has run.
- Creative that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy: not refunded.
- An ad that under-delivers: the shortfall is added back to the run at no extra cost. A refund is only issued where the shortfall cannot be delivered — for example because the screen has left the network.
4. Reserved days
Days a venue owner has reserved for their own use are not bookable. If a reserved day falls inside a booking you have already paid for, that day is added to the end of your run at no charge. It is not treated as a cancellation and does not trigger a refund unless the run cannot be extended.
5. Screen downtime
A screen that is offline, unreachable or faulty does not count against your booking. The platform tracks the time a screen was actually online and playing, and an advertiser is only charged for screen time delivered. Missed time is added back to the end of the run. No refund is issued for time that can still be delivered.
6. Hardware rentals
- Cancelled before the term starts: a full refund of fees paid, less any deposit already committed to a carrier or installer.
- Cancelled after the term starts: charged for the period used, plus any minimum term stated on the rental record.
- Deposits are returned once the equipment is recovered undamaged, less any agreed replacement cost.
7. Hired design work
Payments for work agreed with a designer through the platform are held until the work is delivered. If a project is abandoned by the designer, the undelivered portion is refunded. Once work is delivered and approved, it is not refundable.
8. How refunds are issued
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds are usually processed within five to ten business days, and your bank may take longer to show the credit.
- A refund is confirmed in the platform, and the booking or subscription record shows the refunded amount.
9. Charge disputes
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster here. Where a payment is charged back, the related booking or subscription may be suspended while the dispute is open.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the terms above.
