This agreement covers enrolling a screen in the revenue share program: what you are offering, how advertisers book it, how your share is calculated and paid, and the days you keep for yourself.
1. The program
The revenue share program lets you sell part of a screen's airtime to advertisers. You keep the rest of the panel for your own content, broadcast, IPTV feed, screen mirroring or apps. Participation requires an eligible paid subscription, which is checked when you enroll.
2. What you are offering
- Zones. You choose which parts of the panel are for sale — a band across the top or bottom, a side panel, the ticker, or the full screen. Zones never overlap, so several advertisers can run side by side in their own zones, and a full-screen listing is sold as an exclusive takeover.
- Rate level. You pick the level that matches your screen's position and foot traffic. The level sets the published day rate advertisers pay.
- Ad approval. You choose whether a paid ad runs immediately or waits for you to approve it before it appears.
- Blocked categories. You may exclude advertiser categories and subcategories you do not want on your screen.
3. Accuracy of your listing
Everything you put on a listing — venue, address, screen size, resolution, orientation, footfall estimate and description — must be accurate and your own. Footfall figures are your estimate, and advertisers rely on them, so they must be honest. A listing that misrepresents a screen may be removed.
4. Your share
- You receive 60% of the net revenue from each booking on your screen.
- The platform retains 40%, which covers the marketplace, payment processing, proof-of-play reporting and support.
- Your share is calculated on the amount actually collected for the booking.
- Earnings appear on your revenue share dashboard as they are booked, and as payouts are prepared.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are processed weekly through Stripe to the account you connect.
- A minimum payout threshold applies, shown in your payout settings.
- You are responsible for completing Stripe's onboarding, for keeping your payout details current, and for any tax on your earnings.
- Payouts may be held while a booking is disputed, while a screen's uptime is under review, or where fraud is suspected.
6. Keeping the screen running
You agree to keep an enrolled screen powered, connected and playing. The platform measures how long a screen is actually online and playing during a booking, and an advertiser is only charged for the time delivered. If your screen is offline, the advertiser's run is extended at no extra cost to them, and no revenue is earned for the missed time.
7. Reserving days for yourself
- You may reserve days on your calendar for a private event or your own use. A reserved day cannot be booked by an advertiser and no advertiser's ad runs on it, so the screen is entirely yours for that day.
- Because a reserved screen is not carrying advertising, live streaming is available on that screen on reserved days, even though a screen in the revenue share program normally cannot be taken over by a broadcast.
- Reserved days inside a booking an advertiser has already paid for are added back to the end of that advertiser's run, and no revenue is earned for those days.
- Reserve days in good time. Repeatedly reserving days that advertisers have already paid for may end your participation.
8. Live streaming
Live streaming from your own device is available on screens you own. On a screen enrolled in revenue share it is limited to days you have reserved. You are responsible for everything you broadcast and for having the rights to it. Live streams are not recorded or sold by the platform.
9. Ads you must run
Once an ad is approved and paid for, you agree to let it run in the zone and for the days booked. You may not block an approved ad, shorten its run, or move it to another zone, except by reserving a day under section 7.
10. Suspension and removal
- You may suspend or remove a screen from the program at any time. Bookings already paid for must still be honoured for their booked days.
- The platform may suspend an enrollment for misrepresentation, for a screen that is persistently offline, or for a breach of this agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Liability
You are responsible for the content you display on your screen outside the platform, and for the safety and legality of your installation. The platform's liability to you is limited to the share earned on the booking in question.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
