This agreement covers every ad you buy through the marketplace: the space you book, the creative you supply, the rate you pay, and what happens if a screen cannot run your ad.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between you (the advertiser) and Brand Cast Global. The screen you book belongs to a third-party venue owner who has enrolled it in the platform. The venue owner controls what may appear on their screen; the platform provides the marketplace, the payment processing and the proof-of-play record.
2. What you are buying
- A zone, not a whole screen. Each listing names the part of the panel you are buying — a band, a side panel, the ticker, or a full-screen takeover. The venue's own content keeps everything outside your zone, and other advertisers may run in the zones you did not buy.
- Screen time, not impressions. You are buying a share of each content loop for the days you booked. The platform does not guarantee a number of viewers, a footfall figure, or any sales result. Footfall figures shown on a listing are the venue owner's own estimate.
- An exclusive takeover buys out every other advertiser on that screen for the booked days, and is priced at the exclusive rate shown at checkout.
3. Your creative
- Your creative must match the exact pixel size of the zone you bought. The zone's size is shown before you pay, and the platform will tell you if a file does not fit.
- You must own or have permission for everything in your creative, including images, footage, music, logos and any person who appears in it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any claim, price or offer you display. Advertising that is false or misleading is not accepted.
- Creative must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with the law where the screen is located.
4. Review and approval
A venue owner may set their screen to require approval before an ad runs. In that case your ad is queued for the owner to review after payment clears, and it runs once approved. An owner may decline an ad that conflicts with their business, their customers or this agreement. If an ad is declined and no part of the booked period has run, the booking is refunded under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Rates and payment
- The rate for a booking is calculated from the screen's rate level, the zone or zones you select, the ad length and whether the booking is an exclusive takeover.
- The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. It is recalculated on the server from the listing itself, so it cannot be changed from the browser.
- Payment is taken upfront by card and is processed by Stripe.
- Prices are set by the venue owner and may change at any time. A change never affects a booking you have already paid for.
6. When your ad runs
Your ad begins once payment clears and the booked start date arrives. It runs in each content loop for the ad length you selected, in the zone you bought, until the screen has delivered the screen time you paid for.
7. Screen downtime and reserved days
- If a screen is offline, unreachable or faulty during your booking, the platform does not count that time against you. The booking stays live and runs on until you have had the full block you paid for.
- A venue owner may reserve days on their screen for their own use. Reserved days are not bookable, and no ad runs on them. If a reserved day falls inside a booking you have already paid for, that day is added back to the end of your run.
8. Proof of play
Every time your ad is displayed the platform records a play against your booking. You can see the running count and the last time your ad played in your bookings. This record is the agreed evidence of delivery between you and the venue owner.
9. Content you must not run
You may not run advertising that is unlawful, that promotes illegal goods or services, that targets children with age-restricted products, that makes health or financial claims you cannot substantiate, or that a venue owner has explicitly excluded. Venue owners may exclude whole advertiser categories, including their own competitors.
10. Changes and cancellation
- You may cancel a booking before it starts, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The platform or the venue owner may cancel a booking before it starts if the screen becomes unavailable or the creative is not acceptable. Amounts paid for cancelled, unrun time are refunded.
11. Liability
The platform's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. The platform is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or any indirect loss arising from an ad running, not running, or being declined.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
